The UK is home to over 30 million vehicles traveling 36 billion miles every year so it is not surprising there are around 10,000 incidents reported every day.

ACH (est. 1995) specialise in managing road traffic accident claims and recognise that our customers require the highest level of service and an effective solution to their problem. A road traffic accident, however insignificant, can be disruptive and time consuming.

We follow a protocol regulated by the Association of British Insurers (A.B.I.) known as the General Terms of Agreement (G.T.A.). This agreement was written specifically to ensure good practice between Credit Hire Organisations and Insurance Companies and to ensure the innocent motorist is treated fairly. ACH are approved by the A.B.I. at the highest level (Tier 1).

We are also approved and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and we are also members of The Credit Hire Organisation (C.H.O.).

We offer assistance to all parties involved in a road traffic incident including:

  • Free advice regardless of blame (and representation if non-fault)
  • Dedicated 24 hour helpline
  • Free courtesy vehicle when combined with vehicle repair

If the accident is not your fault, in addition to the above benefits your dedicated adviser will arrange:

  • A comparable replacement vehicle from our extensive fleet (includes prestige, 4×4 and commercial) whilst you are without yours
  • Repair Option – enabling your claim to be processed without the need to involve your own insurer, ensuring your no claims bonus is unaffected with no excess to pay
  • Recovery of any other out of pocket expenses
