🏁 Kicking Off 2026 in Style: Our Thruxton Season Opener!
What a way to ignite the 2026 season! Our annual opener at the legendary Thruxton Motor Circuit was an absolute triumph, setting a high bar for the thrilling year ahead. Despite a touch of classic British dampness, spirits were anything but dampened as over 70 club members and their guests gathered for a morning of camaraderie, crucial updates, and of course, plenty of supercar appreciation. The air buzzed with excitement as everyone caught up over a delicious breakfast, eager to dive into what promises to be our most action-packed year yet.
The morning briefing was packed with exhilarating insights. Club stalwarts Andy and Colin took to the floor, giving us a sneak peek at the incredible roster of events planned for the first half of the year—from exclusive track days to luxury social gatherings, the calendar is already looking epic! Then, Stuart got everyone’s engines revving with a tantalising preview of our upcoming tour program, promising unforgettable driving adventures across some of the most breath-taking roads here and abroad.
We also heard from our fantastic headline partners: Dave Johns of Hensley Stephens Finance outlined his bespoke services, ensuring our members’ financial strategies are as finely tuned as their cars, while Petro from Box3 Motorsport shared insights into their cutting-edge offerings, including track driver training or even acquiring your racing licence. You could even get a seat in their racing team!
Of course, no Thruxton opener would be complete without some epic photo opportunities! After the briefings, the pitlane transformed into a vibrant display as members proudly lined up their supercars. From gleaming Ferraris to roaring Lamborghinis, the grid was a stunning tableau of automotive excellence. Despite the damp conditions, these moments, capturing our incredible machines against the iconic Thruxton backdrop, were truly special—a perfect blend of passion, prestige, and power.
